This meeting will bring together SADaCC, SPARCO, SPAN, funders, representatives of Sickle Cell Disease (SCD) patient support groups and other stakeholders. The main objectives of the meeting are to:
present ongoing activities and review progress:
• facilitate face to face meetings for the SADaCC & SPARCO Steering Committee
• engage representatives of SCD patient support groups
• obtain feedback from Independent Advisory Committee Members
• developed proposals for the NIH call for SADaCC and SPARCo renewal
